The first sheet has these columns. They are the same ones ChesSync imports, so when you outgrow the spreadsheet you can upload this very file and your students come across in one go.
- Student name: Required.
- Parent name: Left empty: "Parent of <student>".
- Parent email: Needed for a new family. An existing family is found by it.
- Parent phone: Also used to find an existing family.
- Batch: A batch that does not exist yet is created.
- Level: beginner, intermediate, advanced or expert. Empty: beginner.
- Fee amount: The fee for one month. Needs no due date.
- Fee due date: The day the fee runs out, like 2026-11-05 or 05/11/2026.
- Chess.com username: Optional.
- Lichess username: Optional.
- Last paid on and Status: for your own tracking. Status fills itself in.
