Each slab of students has its own price, and it drops as you grow. Paying monthly above 50 students, seats round up to the next 10 (above 100, the next 25); every 3 months or yearly is always exact.

What counts as an active student?
Each student on your roster who is not archived. Admins, staff, coaches, family accounts, batches, learning materials and reports are free and unlimited.
Is GST included?
Prices on this page exclude GST. For academies in India, 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Dollar prices carry no GST.
What happens after the free days?
The Free plan lasts 40 days, and a paid plan starts with 10 free days. We remind you in the app and by email before the date. If it passes without payment your academy is paused (view-only) until you pay. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I add students in the middle of my plan?
Yes. You pay only for the time left on your plan. In Billing, choose Add seats, and the new seats open as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Archive or delete a student: what is the difference?
Archiving frees the seat, keeps all history and can be undone if a seat is free. Deleting is permanent and removes everything about the student. Use it for a request to erase someone’s data.
How do I pay you?
By UPI from inside the app: you see the amount, a QR code and a payment link, enter the 12-digit UTR, and your access continues straight away while we verify it. Card payments and automatic renewal will come later. Dollar invoices are settled by email until then.
Is my students’ data safe? What about children’s privacy?
Each academy’s data is walled off inside the database. A family sees only its own children. We don’t sell personal data or use it for advertising, and our website uses no tracking cookies.
Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews by itself. If you don’t pay for the next period, your academy is paused and then closed. Email us and we’ll send you an export of your data.
Why do monthly seats round up above 50 students?
Paying monthly above 50 students, seats are sold in blocks (the next 10, and above 100 the next 25) and you get every seat you pay for. Paying every 3 months or yearly is always for your exact number, and costs less.
